Cancellations with more than 24 hour notice- Full refund 

No shows= No refunds 

 

If there are situations where you cannot attend your appointment with less than 24 hours notice but would like to reschedule, we can in certain circumstances keep the credit on your account and use this towards another appointment. Please contact us directly to speak to a member of the team.
